Nemo - the day after

There was loads of snow that night, heavy snow that downed the power lines everywhere - we were really glad to found shelter at our friends home, with the fire place. The next morning we inspected the outside world - the street was filled with snow, no power, yet the snow had stopped falling and it was time to dig us out. The radio informed us of a travel ban which was in place for the whole weekend, so we knew we'd have to stay put.

There were broken branches everywhere - the snow had been so heavy.

 Finally on the bike path - no it was busy with sleds, snow shoes and skiers
