2 T Olive Oil
1/2 t mustard powder
1 cup milk
3-4 cups mushroom broth
2 garlic cloves
salt&pepper to taste
- Fry stems in Olive Oil over medium heat.
- Add mustard, pressed garlic, salt & pepper.
- Add leaves until wilted.
- Add milk and broth. Boil for 10min.
- Puree and serve.
