We saw a couple and their party getting ready for a midevil-themed wedding near the cathedral.
And we strolled through town, discovering cute stores, funny details, noting the high water marks, not only from the last big flood in 2002, but also earlier ones.
In the evening we met with uncles and aunts (and cousins and ...) at a beer garden near Dresden with beautiful views of the old Dresden and the Elbe. It was a good day.
