The first blizzard this winter

The snow fell quickly. We got about 40cm of snow and a day off, everything closed down on Monday. We just managed to get the last kid's snow shovel before the snow started falling quickly.

During the snowstorm, once the winds calmed down.


My little man just fell asleep exhausted from the snow and the cold.

Silvan was busy on his computer during the day; an old computer from ours that hardly works anylonger - sometimes it's good to keep these old things.


In the afternoon we actually got to go into the snow with Silvan. He was VERY hesitant at first, and we had to dry some tears, but after going after going back upstairs, having some milk, he requested to go back outside. And now, a couple days later, he actually really likes the snow; and he's wearing shoes, mittens and hat without throwing a tandrum.
