Nogusa was soon discharged from the NICU, and we were able to "room-in". Silvan was able to stay with us in the hospital; he had to grow up fast during the craziness of the last days. First, he was very hesitant towards his new brother, but soon, he got excited and now he really cares for him ("Nogusasa is waiting for me when I come home from daycare", "Mama, Nogusasa is putting his fingers in his mouth - he is hungry"). Plus, me not beeing able to lift him at all, having to share hugs with his little brother, there was a lot of adaption going on.
