Big Boy

Silvan has graduate from the toddler room to the preschool class room. It was time for him, and although he just started to really like Ms Sheri, he was just ready to move over. He's by far the smallest kid (but also youngest) in his new group, but his same-aged friends will soon follow.

As we are moving in early/mid September, we still started to look for a new preschool for Silvan. After visiting 5 different places we were exhausted! Some had such great facilities, but the teachers were not what we hoped for. Afterwards we had dinner at this cute Mexican place in Newport with our friend Christian.

As fall is coming he decided to give up living on the boat in September; so Silvan and his dad ceased the opportunity and camped on his boat, while Nogusa and I slept on land. Silvan had so much fun. He called right before going to bed to make sure I would pick him up when the sun rises again and that he loves me "bis zum Ventilator und bis zum Baum und bis zum Mond und bis zu den Sternen und bis nach Tokyo und nochmal bis nach Tokyo und wieder zurueck" - months ago we had read Guess How Much I love you .
