Santa/Nikolaus came by boat

As we close to the shore our Santa arrived by boat. It was a very cold evening, but Silvan waited patiently at the dock and even got his first candy cane from Santa. He had a million questions about why Santa came already, what he was doing, where he's from etc. That and the daycare started talking Santa as well. All the Santa's in the stores and malls. With all those options and stories around we decided to tell him the story of Saint Nicolaus, the Bishop from Myra and that we celebrate him and his life and the good things he deed by pretending he'd come to visit us.
