New York City - arrival and day 1

We took the car and bus to the train station and went with Amtrak to New York City. It's always such a pleasant ride along the shore.

 Once we were all settled in, we went to visity the Met.

 And had dinner at a vegan restaurant - it's so nice to be in a big city with Nogusa's milk-intolerance; and everyone was willing to try out some new food.
