First of Advent

Now that Thanksgiving is over, Christmas time has started (although Silvan has been practicing Christmas songs since early November "Mama, wir muessen jeden Tag mindestens 2mal singen ueben ruer Weihnachten, damit wir dann richtig gut singen koennen." ("Mama we really need to practice at least twice a day, so we can sing the Christmas carols really well on Christmas Eve.")

We finally got a chance look at the beach after the last storm. Gray and wild skies with large heavy clouds ready to burst.

 There were so many surf clams and whelks at the beach.

 A feast for the seagulls.
