Another quick dinner dish

This was another quick dinner
with sai fun, red pepper, mirin, soy sauce, chicken broth, chicken thighs, tofu, green onions, snow peas, and sliced mushroom. But next time we skip the sugar, it was a bit too sweet for our liking.
