How to make a Japanese Husband happy
The local Whole Foods store carries Japanese sweet potatoes, not yams, not American sweet potatoes or any other of the not approved (by my husband) versions of sweet potatoes, that local stores might offer.
They are sweet, chestnutty to my Western tongue (not to a Japense one, though) and just really really yummy!
