Japanese Cooking

I had decided to cook more Japanese style - it is often quick and easy and really tasty. Here you can see one of my dinners: green tea udon with tsuyu, broccoli rabe with sesame-soy sauce, some tofu, green onions, nori, shiitake and genmaicha.

It was a lot of fun. And we noticed, that we ran out of bonito flakes, so we made the dashi with the liquid from re-watering the dried shiitake and put a visit to kotobukiya on our list.
