Concord

Saturday we were invited to a Baby Shower in Concord, MA. It's quite a drive, so we left early (with the new car seat!) and spent some time at the North Bridge. It was an exceptionally warm fall day and we enjoyed the outside before heading to the party.


The party itself was a lot of fun, seeing good friends, lots of yummy food and about 7 kids between half a year to 3 years (plus two 8 year olds and 2 babies to be). The house was just filled with running toddlers and lots of fun. Silvan skipped his nap altogether and instead fell asleep on the way back home.

Today was his first day at the new daycare from 8am - 5pm. I had called in a couple of times to see how he's doing and everything was fine. And to our amazement we got a happy and centered child back in the evening. Things sound very promising.
