We've had Duplo since last Christmas in the house, and they were great in the play kitchen as food, to throw, as gates to push cars through, or just to have mama or papa build a tower and then smash it. But now - he's building towers and boats nonstop all the time and everywhere. With such concentration and determination and relentless rebuilding and reshaping. And the best thing - afterwards, he cleans up after himself. Putting the blocks back in the box and putting the box in its place.
Hiding between the moving boxes and full body engagement! I know I should be packing boxes or working instead of blogging. ;-)
