Fall Festivals

Fall is officially just around the corner, but everywhere are fall festivals, apple picking parties, tractor rides. We went to nearby Pardon Gray to sit on many old tractors, stroke some calves ("weich - my kuh" - soft, my cow), watered plants, learned all about bees, and Silvan enjoyed cleaning and brooming a little light house. There were local enthusiasts there to explain bees, gardening, radio controlled airplanes and more.
